Terms of service

These terms apply to all Discord bots, dashboards, websites and hosting that I, Pino Pistool, build or offer through pinodevelopment.com. By placing an order or using the contact form, you agree to these terms.
01 Quote and order
After a short conversation you receive a quote describing what will be built. The work only starts after you confirm that quote.
Requests that are not part of the quote are discussed separately and may come at an additional cost.
02 Payment
You pay via PayPal or by bank transfer.
I may ask you to pay the full amount or part of it upfront before I start. The full code and access are handed over once everything has been paid.
03 No refunds
All payments are final. I don't issue refunds, including when an order is cancelled partway through, to the extent permitted by law.
That's why we agree clearly upfront on what you get. Not sure about something? Feel free to ask before you pay.
04 Delivery and updates
Every bot, dashboard and website comes with a GitHub repository where all updates are pushed.
Optionally, I connect that repository to a Discord channel of your choice so the changelogs appear there automatically.
New features or larger changes after delivery can always be discussed, but are not included in the original price.
05 Hosting
Hosting your bot is optional and costs €1.50 per month, paid in advance.
If hosting is not paid (on time), I may take the bot offline until the payment is settled.
I do my best to keep your bot online at all times, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance or outages at Discord or the server may cause a short interruption.
06 Use of your bot or website
You are responsible for how your bot or website is used, and for following Discord's rules.
I may refuse orders that go against Discord's rules or the law.
07 Liability
I build everything with care, but I am not liable for indirect damage, such as lost data, missed income or actions taken by Discord against your server or bot, to the extent permitted by law.
08 Privacy
When you fill in the contact form, your name, Discord username and message are sent to a private Discord channel of mine. I only use this information to answer your request and never share it. Want me to delete it? Just let me know.
This website uses no cookies and no trackers. To show my live Discord status, your browser loads data from Lanyard (api.lanyard.rest) and my profile picture from Discord. Those services can see your IP address.

10 Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Ongoing orders are covered by the terms that applied when you confirmed the order.
